Located in a new, state-of-the-art outpatient facility, CFCC serves children and families from ethnically and socioeconomically diverse neighborhoods in and around the East Bronx, northern Manhattan and lower Westchester. CFCC is a designated federal community health center providing comprehensive, family-centered services, regardless of ability to pay, in:
