Your Hospital Visit

Preparation for Your Visit to CHAM

Preparation for your visit to CHAM can make all the difference. If you’re coming for an appointment, please bring your child's relevant test results and insurance documentation. If your child is being admitted as an inpatient, you can bring a favorite toy or stuffed animal from home.

To keep your child comfortable in the unfamiliar environment, you may want to bring their own personal care items such as toothbrush, comb, brush. We provide pajamas for patients, but some children prefer to wear their own.
