Research and Innovation
We offer participation in a broad array of cutting-edge clinical trials conducted by the Children’s Oncology Group and by the Dana Farber Cancer Institute Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Consortium. Our translational and basic science research efforts are helping to understand why some patients experience side effects but not others, and are identifying protective strategies to reduce the acute and chronic side effects of curative cancer treatments. In addition, we are identifying and testing novel treatments and supportive care interventions for children and young adults with hematologic malignancies.
