Services & Programs

The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) takes great pride in the pediatric surgical services it is able to offer our community.

CHAM_Endocrinology_Pt_2011_07_056_316x210As one of the few full-service pediatric surgical departments in the area, we are here to treat each patient as an individual, and we come up with unique treatment plans for each child we see. We know that surgical treatments do not just affect children; they are a family event. As such, we take a family-centered approach for each child that we treat in hope of preparing the entire household for hospitalization and surgery and minimizing stress during recovery.

CHAM treats a variety of conditions, ranging from common childhood ailments to unique conditions that call upon our surgeons’ specialties. We see children from the start to finish of our procedures, and we welcome patients at any stage of the surgical timeline—evaluation, testing, consultation and treatment.
