Personal Biography
Amy Abraham, MD, is an attending physician at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Abraham’s clinical focus is in pediatric emergency medicine. She has a particular interest in patient communication and relationship-centered communication.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City College of New York in 2011, Dr. Abraham earned her Doctor of Medicine at New York Medical College in 2013. She completed her pediatrics residency at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in 2016, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital – Brooklyn Methodist in 2019.
Dr. Abraham is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
