Personal Biography
Lenora Codrington-Ennis, DO, is an attending neonatologist at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Codrington-Ennis’s clinical interests include resident education and neonatal nutrition, particularly metabolic bone disease.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in biology from Lincoln University in 2010, Dr. Codrington-Ennis earned her Doctor of Osteopathy at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018. She completed her pediatrics residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 2021 and a neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship at New York University in 2024.
Dr. Codrington-Ennis’s research focuses on health equity in the neonatal population and neonatal nutrition. She has been principal investigator and co-investigator on research projects and her work has been shared through peer-reviewed publications and invited presentations.
Dr. Codrington-Ennis is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
