Personal Biography
Jessica Yeh, MD, is an attending physician at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Anesthesiology at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her clinical focus centers on pediatric anesthesia with a particular interest in pediatric regional anesthesia and pain management.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at Monash University Faculty of Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences in Melbourne, Australia in 2014, Dr. Yeh completed an internship at Austin Health in Melbourne in 2016, followed by her surgical residency at the same institution in 2017. She came to the United States to continue her medical training, completing an anesthesiology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2022, where she was Chief Resident. Dr. Yeh then completed a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital in 2023.
Dr. Yeh’s research focuses on procedural sedation in pediatrics, opioid reduction using enhanced recovery after surgery protocols and environmental sustainability in anesthesia. Her work has been shared through peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
Dr. Yeh is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. She is a member of the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia and the American Medical Association.
