    Personal Biography

    Dr. Mayers has been a Bronx pediatrician for many years. In 2011 she was recognized as one of New York City’s best primary care doctors by New York Magazine and one of the premier infectious diseases specialist by New York Times Magazine. She counts as her greatest achievement the relationships that she has developed with the children of the Bronx and their families, in some instances over two generations.
